Watsco Completes Impressive Decade of Dividend Growth


Watsco (WSO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.62 per share within its third quarter earnings release, which is an 8.8% improvement over the $0.57 per share paid each of the previous four quarters by company.

The move secures a tenth consecutive year of dividend growth for Watsco. The air conditioning and heating solutions company has now increased its payout 14 times (including nine raises of at least 20%) since its streak began in 2002, growing its dividend by an incredible 2,380% along the way.

Shares of WSO are currently trading at $56.94, where they now feature a 4.36% dividend yield.
