CMS Energy Raises Dividend by 14%, Yield Tops 4%


CMS Energy (CMS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share today, which is a 14% improvement over the $0.21 per share paid each of the previous five quarters by the energy company.

CMS has now increased its dividend five times since reinstating its payout in 2007, growing its quarterly rate by a total of 380% in just five years.

Shares of CMS are currently trading at $22.05, where they now feature a 4.35% yield.
